Cancellations
At Marshmallow MTB, your fun and safety is our priority. We also have to consider the well-being of our trail systems. Riding when the trails are wet damages them and creates unnecessary work for our generous trail stewards. If any weather or trail condition would prevent your ride, we will work with you directly to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option, we will refund you. Simple as that. Let's stay safe and take care of our trails.

If for any other reason you must cancel your event, you can do so for a full refund up to 48 hours before the booking. If you have a personal emergency during those 48 hours and will not be able to make your event, please contact us and we will work with you to reschedule.

If Marshmallow MTB must cancel an event, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or refund you.
Returns
All of our store items are custom designed, batch offerings. At this time, Marshmallow MTB can only offer replacements to items damaged in shipping. If your item is damaged, please document with photos and reach out to us so that we can replace it. Thanks!
